Permaculture Sydney North Teams

Garden Team

The Garden Team co-ordinates working bees throughout the year to work on members' gardens. To have your garden worked on or for design input, members need to work on two other gardens beforehand. The working bees have successfully installed ponds and aquatic systems, greywater systems, and strawbale structures.

Shows Team

The Shows Team participates in main garden events including The Sydney Flower & Garden Show and ABC Gardening Australia Live. Our stands incorporate many permaculture concepts and help to raise awareness among the public. Permaculture North won First Prizes as Best Educational Display and Best Environmental Display at ABC Gardening Australia Live show in 2005, and Best Outdoor Exhibit at the Royal Easter Show in 2007.
