Hi Everyone,

We were going to have a road trip to buy mushroom compost and lunch at Windsor market in mid February. We are now postponing that for another date.

We now going to have a great meeting next Sunday at Wendy Bishop's place . Besides touring Wendy's garden, Ralph is going to share information from his recent  attendance at an Introduction to Fermentation Workshop at Milkwood run by the renowed  American Sandor Katz. Can't wait!

At this meeting seeds from a very special sweet, fragrant melon will be shared by Ralph who got the plant from Sarah last year and they had, in Jill's words melons raining down on them!!! Now note this is no ordinary melon. According to Sarah, there is a tinge of pineapple taste. To Ralph and Jill, it is the perfect size. Small and just the right size for 2 to share...and extemely tasty and fragrant. Ralph has painstakingly saved many seeds and all ready for distribution at the meeting!!! I will be sharing snowpea seeds from plants that produce beautiful pink and purple flowers and they were producing lots till December.

Date: Sunday March 2

Time: 2 to 4 pm

Address:Provided at time of registration or ring 9420 4884 for directions.

If you plan to come, please either reply to this email or you can register on PSN.
