Ku-ring-gai Group Meeting – Sunday 14th Dec.
12 noon to 3.00 pm in Lindfield
Wrap up Christmas - without glossy wrapping paper.
Learn Furoshiki and Share a Christmas Lunch
Miles of glossy used-once Christmas paper create environmental damage.
Lay will teach us the Japanese skill of wrapping presents using re-usable cloth – square scarves, small tablecloths, large serviettes, or squares of spare material. 75x75cm is a good size, but bring whatever you have.
I will have some spare cloth to practice with.
Also have you any other ideas to share for making Christmas celebrations more compatible with permie principles?
We are planning a light lunch so bring a small plate of something delicious.
We hope to see you next Sunday, 12 noon.
