Pasta making with Peter Pez! 

Feb 18, 9am-3pm, Marsfield

We will be making fresh pasta with eggs and a goats cheese ricotta for a ravioli filling and beetroot flavoured fettucine. Our ravioli will have tomato sauce made and bottled by me and the fettucine with be served with a butter and sage sauce.

So surprise your partner with some post-Valentine yummy dishes!

You will need to bring:

  • an apron
  • a container with a lid to take your goodies home
  • if anyone has a pasta rolling machine please bring it along!
