Discover the miracle eco-enzyme. Care for the Earth, starting from your kitchen!
Belinda Mao will run a workshop on the importance and methods of making eco-enzyme. Eco enzyme is a multipurpose liquid and its applications cover household, agriculture, animal husbandry etc. It has many household uses both in the garden and the kitchen: general cleaner, air purifier, insect repellent, laundry cleaner, skincare, organic fertiliser, anti-fungal leaf spray, pond water purifier etc
It is easy to DIY at negligible cost, free of harmful pollutants, effective, multipurpose… On a small or large scale, eco-enzyme is produced by fermentation of fresh kitchen waste (fruit and vegetable peels), dark sugar and water.
Belinda will talk about how to successfully make it at home and everyone could prepare a container of ferment during the workshop. There will be also samples of finished product to take home and use straight away.
Eco-enzyme was developed by Dr. Rosukon from Thailand. She has been actively involved in enzyme research for more than 30 years and encourages people to make eco-enzyme at home to ease global warming.
