BREAD MAKING
There will be a small DVD presentation, plenty of hands on and tasting of some bread that was made earlier that morning.
You will need to bring 500gm of plain flour, an apron and a baking dish (or bread tin). You will be shown how to make some fancy bread shapes - you get to make your dough, choose your shape, then put the dough on your baking dish / bread tin to take home and bake for the evening. (This is because Peter's oven isn't big enough to bake everyone's bread in a small time frame.)
Unfortunately this workshop is limited to 6 people. But the good news is that there will be a waiting list for a follow up on Saturday 14 October.
