Yuki is going to share his knowledge of how to make miso, a salty savoury umami rich paste that is packed with protein, vitamins and minerals. It is a key ingredient in amazingly tasty dishes found in many Asian countries including Japan, China and Korea, to just name a few.
Wendy will discuss and do a demonstration on using excesses from the garden to make dips.
