True sustainability means growing your own food!

On Sustainable House Day (SHD) -  Sunday 15th September - PSN member Margaret Mossakowska will be opening her house, and has invited PSN to join her in promoting permaculture to members of public who visit her garden.

SHD is an initiative showcasing sustainable houses and/or gardens to the public. It gives visitors a chance to look at houses that have been designed, built or renovated with sustainability in mind as well as the opportunity to talk to owners and receive advice without commercial considerations.

There will be plenty of on-street parking on the day, but the use of public transport is encouraged. Denistone Station on T1 line is just across Darvall Park and there are buses coming along Victoria Road (use West Ryde stop) and a bus interchange at Eastwood Station.
