  • 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Lindfield Community Hall, 259 Pacific Highway, Lindfield

AGM & End of Year Celebration

Join us for the last Lindfield gathering of the year as we celebrate what we did this year and look forward to 2020.

At the AGM, all management committee positions are declared vacant and nominations are invited from members to take a position on the Management Committee (MC) for 2020.

In particular, nominations are being sought for the following positions:

  1. President
  2. Vice President
  3. Advocacy Team Leader
  4. Communications Team Leader
  5. Education Team Leader
  6. Garden Team Leader
  7. Events/Shows Team Leader

Please consider a position on the MC this year. Positions can be shared and all members are invited to join a team to help organise events. This is a wonderful way to expand your activities within PSN.

After we welcome in our new MC for 2020, our current Vice President, Janna Mizens will show us "A Year in Review", and we will have a few interactive activities, and draw the lucky door prize. We will have supper afterwards.

Please bring:

  • A plate of food to share for the PSN Christmas celebration feast. Please remember to avoid single-use packaging, including foil and cling wrap, and bring your own cups, if you can, to minimize the cleaning up afterwards.
  • All your library books back.
  • Contributions for the Crop Swap table.
  • Cash or items for the sale table - such as honey and soap made by members.

The full AGM and party agenda is here.

Free for members, small donation for guests.

Doors open at 6:30pm - a good time to check out our members' library & catch up with other PSN members.

Please join us for supper after the talk.
