Come join us for an amazing opportunity to participate in a workshop to learn Asian cooking with super chef Jennifer. We will learn (and consume) two dishes:
Traditional Char Koay Teow - This is a very popular stir fried rice noodle dish with bean sprouts, chives, prawns lup cheong (chinese pork sausage), fish cake, eggs and, of course, rice noodles
Fried Wontons - Minced pork, prawns, chives, bok nee (a form of mushroom) wrapped in wonton pastry and deep fried, eaten with a lovely homemade sweet chilli dip.
Jennifer will be cooking enough of these dishes for all to enjoy a fabulous lunch.
What to bring:
Your appetite
Your own plate, knife, fork, spoon, cup and drinks if you wish
You will be given notes on the dishes to take home.
Cost: $25 - includes lunch
