INDIAN VEGETARIAN COOKING

This workshop, originally scheduled for July 2021, was postponed due to COVID. It is now rescheduled and priority is given to those who had already registered.
Join the Living Skills Team for an exciting workshop where we will learn about Indian Vegetarian Cooking and we will all eat lunch together consuming the scrumptious food we has cooked.
Kusum will be talking about the Indian spices used. We will be making two dishes, Chole (chickpeas) and Dhal (split peas). We will also be making Puris, a delicious bread to eat them with. We will learn how to mix the dough, roll it out into circles (or creative shapes), and cook them.
Bring your appetite, rolling pin is you wish, and a desert snack to share with the group afterwards.
Tea and coffee provided.
All attendees must be double vaccinated
