Mini Permabee at Sel's
To get us back into the social and co-operative aspects of PSN, Sel is holding a minibee to get a netting roof up on her chicken yard.
The vertical posts of the yard are already in place but she needs assistance to get the overhanging trees trimmed, the ceiling rafters up and braced, and the netting spread out across it.
You might be interested in this permabee if you're looking at building simple frames or structures in your yard, or if you'd like to see what can be done with scavenged materials.
As per current rules of social interaction in NSW, a maximum of 10 people are allowed to attend, and all must be fully vaccinated, although masks won't have to be worn while working in the garden.
Bring your own gloves and hat, sunscreen and water bottle. If you have a chainsaw, drop saw, cordless power drill, or cordless hammer drill, please bring them along. Tea and snacks will be provided for participants.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
