PAT COLLINS
WEEDS AND THEIR USES
For Medicinal, Cosmetic & Cullinary Puposes
Saturday 16th July 10.00am to 4.00pm
Ever wanted to know what uses the weeds have that grow in your own backyard?
Pat Collins will be giving one of her wonderful workshops on Weeds. You will never look at these plants in the same way again. Pat has been teaching for over 23 years and has more than 20 year of practice as a herbalist. She has written a number of books, including some on weeds and their uses. She runs the "Total Health and Education Centre" in Muswellbrook.
You will learn to identify these plants, learn their medicinal, cosmetic, culinary uses and how they balance our soil then use them to make into a variety of items. ▪ Wild weed ointment ▪ Wild weed cream ▪ Chickweed or Purslane infused oil ▪ Paddys Lucerne syrup ▪ Tonic tea ▪ Chlorophyll capsules
During the course of the day the group will break into smaller groups to make the products. Each person will take home a sample of each of the products made on the day.
This is an all day workshop.
PSN is subsidising the workshop so members are only paying half the normal price.
All attendees must be double vaccinated.
