MOISTURISER & BEESWAX WRAPS & AROMATHERAPY
Saturday June 18 - 2.00pm to 4.00pm
Wahroonga
This workshop is to prepare us for a PLASTIC FREE JULY.
Join the Living Skills Team in an exciting "making" packed afternoon.
We will be making a moisturiser using Comfrey and Aloe Vera from my garden and packaging it in recycled glass containers that can be re-used. This a a lovely all-purpose moisturiser, quick and easy to make and you can take a jar home.
We will also make beeswax wraps, one for each person, using squares of cotton material. These can be use in place of the wasteful plastic cling wraps that are used once and then go to landfill.
Cathy, our Aromatherapy expert, will talk a little bit about the positive effects of aromatherapy and will then be leading us in making a roll-on bottle filled with a scent of your choice from a selection available.
Bring along any small glass jars you might have saved - old store bought beauty product glass jars and we will re-use them for the moisturiser.
All materials are supplied.
All attendees must be double vaccinated.
