While propagation of plants by sexual means (i.e. from seeds) will be touched on, this event will   mainly demonstrate several  methods of  propagation from existing plants (i.e. by asexual  means) with the opportunity to practise the art and craft for yourselves.. Propagation not only gives you many plants for free for your own use or to give to others, but opens another level to gardening. 

Propagation is a technique which uses several permaculture proinciples :

. Obtain a yield

. Use and value renewable resources

. Catch and store energy

Propagation can be  done in Autumn and Winter, but now is a good time to get ready for possibly the most productive time to propagate - Spring! 

This is a free event for members only who, according to PSN policy, need to be at least double vaccinated against Covid 19. Masks are not madatory. Hand sanitiser will be abailable.
