Join the Living Skills Team for this amazing opportunity to explore the goodness, delights and tastes of Vegan Cooking (dairy, egg and meat free).
This is a wonderful opportunity for members to learn Vegan cooking from highly skilled Lara who, with her husband Troy, started their Vegan journey 15 years ago.
Lara will show you how to cook delicious, healthy and crowd-pleasing vegan food, using everyday ingredients."As a long time vegan, I love creating recipes for my family of 5 and they must always pass the test, especially with our 3 children!" says Lara.
Lara will be using all organic ingredients and the basis for most of her recipes are nuts (cashews, almonds), chia seeds & dates,
Using high quality & organic ingredients is very important to Lara and the items we will be cooking and eating are very nutrient dense.
This four hour cooking demonstration / session includes refreshments and the menu below. which is a full 3 course lunch. Troy will also be including a garden tour on arrival to showcase the garden transformation & what has been implemented, since he did the permaculture course last year with the education team.
