LEARN TO BUILD YOUR OWN
CHICKEN COOP
JUST a couple of days away so pop it in your diary, & confirm your attendance asap.
Saturday 4th August 2012 - 2PM to 5PM
(Address to be supplied on acceptance)
This is a demonstration session where you will be shown how to build a simple and elegant wooden chicken coop for your hens.
Chickens are cheap to look after but the set up cost can be relatively expansive and they need protection from predators.
To set up with your chickens you will need: a coop, a run, feeders and drinkers & bedding in their housing. In this workshop you will be shown how to build a coop cheaply and easily to incorporate the above features.
You will go home with knowledge as to how to go about building the perfect coop plus plans to follow!
Don't forget to bring your own mug & a
small nibble for afternoon tea would be appreciated.
The cost is Free for members or $15 for non-members, payable at the workshop.
Please let us know if you are coming by accepting attendance on the website ... OR
Contact either Peter Wright at peters.gaia.gardens@gmail.com
or Barbara Clark at lyndoch75@gmail.com
Hope to see you there
