Living Skills: Pasta making from scratch

2–4pm, Saturday 17th February, Lindfield

Come along and learn how to use traditional methods and ingredients to make your own egg pasta, such as fettuccine, pappardelle, spaghettini and lasagne sheets from scratch.  Our professional Italian chef, Peter Pezzolesi, will share his Italian slow-cooking skills and show you how to make perfect pasta.  

We will make the pasta, cook it and eat it with Peter's home-made tomato sauce.

As this workshop will be very hands on, you will need to bring your own apron and a take-away container in case there is any left over to take home.
