In life it’s inevitable that we’ll disagree with others. At times these disagreements result in helpful changes, at others they can become harmful. How do you experience disagreement? What insights about this would help you to disagree in a way that increases the chances of it being a productive interaction?

In this practical workshop, you'll have the opportunity to explore these questions whilst experiencing an approach called Systemic Modelling. This method was developed by Dr. Caitlin Walker and is based on David Grove's Clean Language. It is a way of helping groups explore a topic together whilst noticing patterns and assumptions that form.

During the workshop we’ll explore topics including managing your own state, developing effective listening & questioning skills, and giving & receiving feedback. You’ll come away from the workshop with insights around your own approach to disagreements, how that differs from other people, and some practical strategies for improving the way you disagree with others.

The session will be facilitated by Matthew who is a professional facilitator and coach. He has been working with Clean Language for the last 7 years and is a certified Systemic Modelling facilitator.

Tea/Coffee and workshop materials will be provided. Please bring your own lunch and a something to share for morning tea.
