Living Skills: Cookie Baking Workshop

Sunday 20th October 1pm - 4pm

Lindfield

Join the Living Skills Team for a Spring afternoon tea Cookie Workshop at Lindfield. 

Cookie baking is a trend right now and can also be a sustainable way of using up leftover dried fruits, nuts and other pantry items.

Deb will teach us how to prepare and bake several types of cookies from scratch using a variety of ingredients including chocolate chips, nuts and dried fruits.   A gluten-free version will be included.

We will also learn Deb's tips and tricks for cookie baking and freezing that can save loads of time in the kitchen and we will be sampling the cookies for afternoon tea.

What to bring: 

  • An apron 
  • a small plate of food for afternoon tea to supplement the cookies
  • a container in case there are any left over to take home
