Power Tools & Compost Sieving

This is a chance for you to have a go using some common handyman power tools whilst making something useful. We’ll make a spinning compost sieve together along the lines of this video: https://www.abc.net.au/gardening/how-to/come-in-spinner-diy-soil-sieve/9438458

 I will also have materials to make a more basic manual sieve for people to take home – hopefully enough for everyone, but this will depend on numbers.

 In the process we’ll discuss safety, and other handy tools that are needed to make life easier.

Please bring something to share for morning tea.

We will be outside on the driveway, so I’ll advise in case of inclement weather. Address supplied upon registration.
