Workshop: Make new jewellery from old
10am–12.30pm Saturday 25th October, Lane Cove

Perfect for a sustainable Christmas pressie!

Bridget Kennedy will guide us through the process of upcycling and repurposing old costume jewellery pieces to craft earrings, bracelets, keyring charms or a neckpiece.

The workshop will include a discussion about the cost of mining new metal versus reusing existing materials for remaking precious jewellery.

This is suitable for beginners, and all materials will be supplied.  Participants are welcome to bring their own pieces to remake.

Please bring food to share if you would like to stay for lunch afterwards.

Bridget's home is 5 minutes walk from Lane Cove shops and 10 minutes from Lane Cove bus interchange.
