More about Corinne and Modern Qigong
Corinne holds a Diploma of Counselling and certificates in teaching mindfulness and meditation, and modern Qigong. You can read more of her philosophy and practises on her TresVitas Website.
The benefits of combining mindfulness, meditation and modern Qigong allow you to build a daily practice which has been suggested through many scientific studies to reduce stress and improve well-being.
Self care is of critical importance, now more than ever. In our fast paced, technological world, taking time to engage in practices such as grounding, sensory awareness and stillness may help to give an individual a sense of peace and harmony. Meditation, when practised regularly allows one to get in touch and align spirit, mind and body.
Simple and effective practices such as Modern Qigong, breathwork, awareness and relaxation, enhance one's abilities to cope with the stresses of daily life. “In stillness I sit with joy, in stillness I sit with sadness. In stillness I feel everything and nothing.”
In exploring the 4 immeasurable tenets and the 9 pillars of mindfulness, one comes to the understanding that peace comes from within ones own self, which brings interconnectedness with all things.
