Coconut Slice

Ingredients
1 cup SR flour
1 cup dessicated coconut
3/4 cup sugar
124g melted butter
1/2 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
Method
- Put flour, sugar and coconut into a bowl
- Add melted butter
- Mix with wooden spoon
- Stir in beaten eggs and milk
- Spread mixture into a slice tin lined with baking paper
- Bake in moderate oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 25 mins
- When cold, sprinkle with icing sugar
