Coconut Slice

1 cup SR flour
1 cup dessicated coconut
3/4 cup sugar
124g melted butter
1/2 cup milk
2 beaten eggs


  1. Put flour, sugar and coconut into a bowl
  2. Add melted butter
  3. Mix with wooden spoon
  4. Stir in beaten eggs and milk
  5. Spread mixture into a slice tin lined with baking paper
  6. Bake in moderate oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 25 mins
  7. When cold, sprinkle with icing sugar
