2 medium avocados, mashed
2 white onions golf ball size, 1 clove garlic all minced together with an old fashioned style of mincer
1 medium tomato, sliced & deseeded and cut with scissors into smallish chunks
juice of one medium lime after lime was microwaved for 20 secs
5 dashes of chilli sauce
All folded together.
